RECOMMENDATION FOR USING SAUNA BELT SOLUTION

A traditional heat sauna offers numerous well-known benefits, such as eliminating toxins and easing pain. many boxers, jockeys, bullfighters and other athletes have been using heat sauna for years.

It is important to use the sauna solution at room temperature and not to use in air conditioning to try and increase its effectiveness. In this way, your body will not feel the effects of sudden changes in temperature.

before placing the sauna solution on your skin, make sure you are in a comfortable position either lying down or standing up.

However, do not use the Sauna Belt Solution if you are lying on your stomach, as this could cause problems in the device’s electrical circuit. When using the belt while sitting down, make sure the belt does not fold or crease to avoid damaging the internal heating elements. 

Do not use any kind of skin cream or similar product while using the Sauna Belt Solution, as your skin pores will be fully open and skin cream could cause an allergic reaction.

Drinking hot drinks such as milk, tea or coffee while using the Sauna Belt Solution is recommended. Do not drink cold drinks.

Do not use the Sauna Belt Solution immediately after meals, wait at least two hours after eating.

For best results, you should use the Sauna Belt Solution for 40 minutes at time. Do not exceed 50 minutes per session.

Do not use the Sauna Belt Solution for periods of more than 45 consecutivedays. if you want to carry on using the Sauna Belt Solution after 45 days, wait a week before use it again.

2)Do not use the sauna if the lead or any corrections are damaged, if it does not work properly, has been dropped, is broken or has fallen into water.

3)Do not use the sauna if you are pregnant or during your period.

4)Do not use the sauna if you feel drowsy.

5)Check with doctor before using the sauna if you suffer from health problems or have any other questions.

6)We recommend people with sensitive skin do not use the sauna at the maximum temperature.
